BEST of NYC Fashion Week

Just wanted to apologize for being a little MIA lately. Things have been BUSY, no complaints!

After reviewing many of the fashion week shows on Style.com, I have come to the conclusion that the military style is here to stay. I don't know if that is a good thing for many of your but I personally don't mind the fitted jackets, cargo pants, and the dark green and camel colors.

This is a military look from Charlotte Ronson. You can see more military looks at www.labelloversboutique.com (cargo pants, jackets, and more).

Some other styles that stood out for spring 2011 are white, sheer, metallic, bright prints, and thin waist belts.

This seems to be the year for white
This is Alexander Wang. Check out a sheer white linen skirt from Juicy Couture at Label Lovers Boutique.

This is Alice + Olivia. I love this sheer black cardigan paired with camel skirt. Look for a beaded woven tank top and matching D&G skirt at Label Lovers Boutique.

I have to be honest, my favorite show for Fashion Week SP2011 is . . . (drunk roll, please). . . MILLY!
With great prints and stripes, I really think Milly stood out this year. I can honestly say that I would buy and wear many of this Spring's looks.
We have a similar dress on Label Lovers Boutique. . . Marc by Marc Jacobs striped dress

Some of my other favorite Milly looks are:
These looks are polished, fun, and just a bit mod and hippie.

Have a great Wednesday everybody!
